Cogest Italia has been committed to Shopping Centre and Multi-purpose Complex management for over 15 years.
The company was born from the collaboration of two companies: Policentro Italia (now called La Policentro) and Promocentro Italia that have been both active in the creation and the development of Shopping Centres for a long time.
The large experience, which has been acquired in the project, creation, launch and management phases, has enabled Cogest Italia to perform a specific know – how with unique, peculiar requirements.
Since 1993 Cogest Italia has successfully collaborated with the major Italian developers and both national and international Hypermarkets chains.
With a team of more than 150 professionals, the company currently manages and collaborates with 40 Shopping Centres with an overall retail surface of 1.500.00 sq m and more than 2.700 stores.
A slight company structure, a widespread presence on the territory, bursting, specific competencies and a broad-minded attitude to creativity: these are Cogest Italia’s strengths.
