150 professionals work in the headquarters of Cinisello Balsamo (MI) and in the shopping centers managed by Cogest Italia, in Italy and abroad.
Our technical staff is made up of highly specialized professionals, skilled to support all phases of organization, launch, start up and monitoring of a Shopping Center.
Once the complex is open, the management tasks are shared by the headquarters (where appx 30 people are employed in Direction, HR, Accountancy, Marketing and Communication, Property Management) and the staff of the centers.
Working in team, they grant the smooth handling of all essential functions, in order to ensure the centers success.
