150 professionals work for Cogest Italia, both in the headquarters of Cinisello Balsamo (MI) and in the several shopping centres managed by Cogest Italia in Italy and abroad.
Our technical staff is made up of highly specialized professionals capable of giving precise answers during all phases of the organization, launch and start up of a Shopping Center, ensuring a perfect management during the following phase, by optimising the investments results. In the headquarters of Cinisello Balsamo, where almost 30 people work, the Division Heads (Direction, HR, Accountancy, Marketing and Communication, Real Estate) with their constant contribution of professionalism and knowledge, assure the correct management of all the organizational functions for the success of a Shopping Center or a Multivalent Complex.
The rest of people work in the several Shopping Centres managed by Cogest.
The Shopping Center Manager is the intermediary between the Mall "on site" management and the central organization of Cogest Italia.
Every Shopping Center Manager is attentively selected and trained by Cogest Learning Center, the first school for Shopping Center Managers, born from the idea of HR Department.
